You will be expected to lead design projects from concept through execution, utilizing user research and testing to inform your designs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into iterations.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design processes.
  • Foster an inclusive design culture that values diverse perspectives and experiences.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
